WWE President Nick Khan signs new mutli-year deal to remain in role

WWE President Nick Khan has signed a new deal with TKO on May 4, 2026 to remain in his current role. The new contract runs through December 31, 2030.

Khan will report directly to TKO President and Chief Operating Officer Mark Shapiro.

His deal will see an annual base salary of $2 million through December 31, 2026 and then $3 million from January 1, 2027 until the end of his contract. If he hits certain targets, Khan will also receive a bonus of 150% of his base salary in 2026 and 200% from 2027 onward.

Khan also received $11 million in restricted stock that vests over four years as part of his new contract plus a one-time award of $5 million.

The terms of his new contract were detailed in the latest Form 10-Q filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.
