Ricochet’s MS post on X lands him in trouble, issues apology

Ricochet is in hot water with AEW after a very controversial post on X and was forced to issue an apology.

A fan, named Sandi, replied to a video published after Ricochet lost his AEW National title during the Zero Hour portion of Revolution, writing, “his acting hasn’t improved,” and added a laughing emoji.

Sandi’s profile listed that she had the chronic autoimmune disease Multiple sclerosis, and Ricochet fired back, replying to her post with, “I’m glad you got MS.” The post has since been deleted.

Ricochet faced backlash from fans after his post, but he defended his reply, writing that the amount of “little bitches” who tweeted and wished harm on him, even death, can’t take it when he claps back at them. Ricochet also mentioned that fans said some of the most vile things to him and his wife.

But things took a turn yesterday, when Ricochet was forced to issue an apology for his post.

“I took out my hatred for the IWC on Sandi, and inadvertently others who are effected by MS,” he wrote. “She didn’t deserve it and for that, I sincerely apologize. Moving forward I’ll do better.”
