The recorded Smackdown from Berlin, Germany which saw the crowning of a new WWE champion drew 990,000 viewers, down 185,000 viewers from the prior week. It is the third time that Smackdown fell below 1 million viewers since the new ratings system came out. Smackdown had a 0.26 rating in 18-49, down 0.02 from last week and was #2 on cable behind the college football semi final which drew 17 million viewers and also #2 in all of television.
