D-Von Dudley accuses Jim Ross of racism while in WWE

WWE and TNA Hall of Famer D-Von Dudley accused commentator Jim Ross of racism during his WWE stint, revealing his name after he alluded to an individual with power within WWE of treating him badly in a couple of earlier interviews.

D-Von never mentioned JR’s name until today after fans began speculating who it might have been. He dropped Ross’ name on the Devon & The Duke podcast on YouTube.

Earlier this month, D-Von alluded that when he was in WWE between 1999 and 2000, an individual told him that they did not like him because he was black.

“Was it JR?” D-Von said. “Yes. I did have a problem with JR back then and I didn’t know why.”

Ross was the Head of Talent Relations in WWE at the time.

He said that he is not angry at JR today and he knows that the popular commentator is going through health problems and he prays to God that he recovers.

“But was I disappointed with that man when he said the things he said to me back then? Yes I was,” D-Von said.

In the earlier interview, D-Von said that he was very hurt and bothered by what he was told and said that Paul Heyman, Tommy Dreamer, and Spike Dudley were present when this racism took place.

He said that he has not talked to Ross and he has nothing to say to him because Ross never apologized once for the things he said.
