WWE adds Women’s Intercontinental title match to Clash in Paris

While the WWE Women’s World title match is off the Clash in Paris card, another women’s title match is replacing it.

It was announced on Raw last night that WWE Women’s Intercontinental champion Becky Lynch will be defending the title against Hall of Famer and former tag team champion Nikki Bella.

Bella called Lynch a bunch of names, including the c-word…coward! But The Man said she’s not a coward and agreed to a match in Paris because she did not want to wrestle in Birmingham, insulting the fans and the city in the process.

This is Nikki’s first televised title match since Evolution in 2018 when she lost to Ronda Rousey in the main event, with Rousey retaining the Raw Women’s title.
