Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu to battle inside a steel cage at SummerSlam

Cousins Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu will be wrestling for the WWE United States title inside a steel cage match at SummerSlam, with the stipulation added following a chaotic show-long angle on Smackdown last night.

There was a car accident at the beginning of the show involving the members of MFT – Solo’s crew – with police focusing their investigation on Jacob Fatu.

During an in-ring segment with Solo and the rest of his group, Solo tried to put the blame squarely on Fatu, telling the crowd that once you’re a criminal, you’re always a criminal.

But things took a turn when all of a sudden, Fatu was seen coming back to the arena and ready to fight. He had the assist of his cousin Jimmy Uso, who ambushed MFT and the two went to town. Following some more brawling, Raw General Manager Adam Pearce, who was subbing for Nick Aldis, came out and announced that their match at SummerSlam will be inside a steel cage….and then police came out to arrest Solo Sikoa, who was accused of framing Jacob at the beginning of the show.
