WWE announces Money In The Bank 2026 from New Orleans in late August

WWE has officially announced that the 2026 Money In The Bank premium live event will take place from New Orleans, Louisiana. This came after WWE pulled WrestleMania out of NOLA after it was already announced that the show would be taking place there in April of next year.

What’s interesting is that while Money In The Bank usually takes place in June or July, next year, the show will take place on August 29 after SummerSlam.

In a video posted on social media, Paul “Triple H” Levesque said that most people are aware of the calendar change regarding some of their upcoming premium live events.

“Today I want to announce one of those, one of which we’re very excited about. Coming to New Orleans on Saturday, August 29th 2026 will be Money In The Bank,” he said. “Stay tuned for more details on a WrestleMania coming to New Orleans which will be announced at a later date.”

Triple H went on to say a “big thank you” to their local partners, both from the state and the city, as well as the Greater New Orleans Sports Foundation, New Orleans & Co., and the city’s first-class convention center for their continued support as WWE’s major live event calendar in New Orleans continues to expand and evolve.
