PWInsider.com is reporting that former WWE and World Heavyweight champion Batista was backstage at the NXT tapings yesterday at Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida.

Batista left WWE in 2010 after he was unhappy with the direction that the company was headed to and got himself into mixed martial arts and even Hollywood.

Since leaving WWE he shot five movies – House of the Rising Sun, The Scorpion King 3, THe Man with the Iron Fists, Riddick, and the latest one, Guardians of the Galaxy.

In recent interviews he said that he might eventually go back to WWE under the right circumstances.
