Sara Lee’s official cause of death is suicide

Sara Lee’s autopsy report by the Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office and revealed by TMZ shows that her official cause of death was suicide.

The medical examiner wrote that the former Tough Enough winner ingested a lethal combination of alcohol and pills. The report also said that Lee had bruises and abrasions on her head and body at the time of her passing although the suspicion is that she suffered those injuries in a fall or falls while in an intoxicated state.

Lee also left “letters of intent at the scene” which investigators found.

She was 30 years old when she passed away last year. She left behind her husband, former WWE star Wesley Blake, and three young children.
