Jeff Hardy’s driving license suspended for 10 years, DUI case closed

The legal case against Jeff Hardy stemming from the DUI stop in June 2022 is over.

After submitting a written plea of nolo contendere, the judge sentenced Hardy to 38 days in county jail which have been already served, two years probation, 10-year suspension of his driving license, $4,586 in fines, community service, two years with an interlock device, 90-day vehicle impoundment, and he also has to attend court-mandated rehab program.

His nolo contendere plea was to accept whatever punishment but not accepting or denying responsibility over anything he was charged for.

He originally pled not guilty for his June 28 arrest and was charged with one count of DUI, one count of driving under a suspended/canceled/revoked license, and one count of driving while his license was restricted.

Jeff was suspended by AEW after his arrest and has not appeared on AEW television since then.
