Additional details on Hardy arrest, alcohol level over three times legal limit

Additional details have been released on the Jeff Hardy arrest, with TMZ.COM adding that according to the police report, they received four different calls regarding Jeff’s driving and when officers reached his vehicle, Hardy was “traveling significantly under the speed limit, weaving across travel lanes, and running off the shoulder of the roadway.”

After the cops managed to get Jeff out of his car, the report states that he appeared to be in a “stupor and confused” state and smelled of alcohol. Police officers forced Jeff to do a field sobriety test and was visibly drunk.

Following his arrest on the spot, Hardy was administered two breathalyzer tests at the station and blew a .294 and .291, more than three times the Florida legal limit which is a .08.

Hardy was bailed out of jail at 7:07PM yesterday after a bond of $3,500 was posted.

He will be appearing in court today.

Before getting released from WWE earlier this year, the company offered to send Jeff to rehab but he refused, saying he was okay and his antics during a WWE event where he walked out during a match where not because he was impaired. Jeff signed an AEW deal as soon as his 90-day no-compete clause ended.
