Charly Caruso departing WWE

Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com is reporting that Charly Caruso has wrapped up her duties with WWE and will no longer be appearing on WWE television, sitting out the remainder of her deal which is expiring.

The writing was on the wall when earlier this month, WWE announced the hiring of Kevin Patrick as the new Raw backstage correspondent and host of Raw Talk, two duties that Caruso did in WWE along with anchoring the Kick Off shows, a job she took over from Renee Young.

Rumors are that Caruso showed up late several times for on-air interviews and ticked off the wrong individuals with her tardiness.

The 34-year-old, who’s real name is Charly Arnolt, has been signed with WWE since 2016 and rose the ranks after starting in NXT. She also works for ESPN, a gig she has been doing since 2018.
