Former WWE Superstar Tyler Reks transition to a woman

Former WWE Superstar Tyler Reks, whose real name is Gabriel Tuft, transitioned into a woman and made the reveal exclusively on Extra TV.

The 42-year-old, who will now go by the name of Gabbi, has been married to Priscilla since 2002 and have one daughter together who is 9 years old.

Over the last few weeks, Tuft had been uploading photos on Instagram with a countdown hinting at what was coming. “I am no longer afraid. Fear has been replaced with the highest vibrational state of gratitude. I am grateful for my past, for who I started this life as, for who I was, for who I am now, and for who I am becoming,” she wrote in the last entry before the reveal.

“Tomorrow, I close this book of my life and begin a new one. My hope is that the last nine days of this countdown have helped you reflect on things not of material nature…but rather on the non-physical aspects of life that create what we call the human experience,” she continued. “Tomorrow, I invite you to share and celebrate this monumental moment with me.”

Reks signed a WWE deal in 2008 and was in Florida Championship Wrestling for a year before moving to ECW and eventually Smackdown after WWE closed up the brand. After a run tag teaming with Curt Hawkins, Reks was released from the company in 2012. Reks is a former FCW Heavyweight champion and FCW Tag Team title holder.
