The Miz gets his Money In The Bank briefcase back

After cashing in the Money In The Bank briefcase and then failing to win the match, The Miz got lucky on a technicality and the briefcase is now back his.

On Raw, Adam Pearce handed over the briefcase back to the former champion and told him that it was John Morrison who cashed in the briefcase on his behalf and that is not per the rules, so the cash-in was void. It was indeed Morrison who handed the briefcase over during the TLC match and technically the bell never rang either after the cash in unlike previous occasions.

While he did not win the MITB ladder match this year, The Miz got possession of the briefcase after he beat Otis at Hell In A Cell after Otis put it up for grabs and was double-crossed by his former tag team partner Tucker.
