Baron Corbin wins the 2019 King of the Ring tournament

Baron Corbin became the 12th King of the Ring winner last night on Raw after he defeated Chad Gable in the 2019 final.

The former NXT star beat The Miz, Cedric Alexander, and Samoa Joe and Ricochet to advance to the final match and successfully beat Gable via his End of Days finishing move to get the victory.

He now joins the list of Superstars such as Bret Hart, Owen Hart, Stone Cold Steve Austin, Booker T and others as King of the Ring.

The tournament has been absent from WWE television since 2015 and Bad News Barrett was the last one to wear the crown.

The official coronation and celebration will be held on Smackdown tonight.
