Sami Zayn returns to Raw…and quickly turns on fans

Sami Zayn returned on Monday Night Raw last night after a nine-month absence following two surgeries.

The former NXT champion had torn rotator cuffs in both his left and right shoulders and underwent surgery on both of them in a span of 45 days. His last match was against Bobby Lashley at the Money In The Bank pay-per-view back in June.

WWE fans welcomed back Zayn with open arms but things went sour after Zayn failed to capture the Intercontinental title after a loss to Finn Balor on Raw. Zayn called WWE a “toxic environment” and blamed the fans – and nobody else – for that. He said judging by the reaction, the fans missed him…but in reality, he didn’t. Zayn kept ripping on the audience, calling them evil, and told everyone that he’ll see them “in hell.”

Ouch!
