Former Intercontinental champion The Miz will be returning on WWE television for the first time tonight since mid-November.

The Miz went to the United Kingdom – along with Shawn Michaels and Becky Lynch – to film the new WWE Studios movie The Marine 6: Close Quarters. Miz plays the leading role in the movie.

After he finished filming, he then traveled to the Middle East to spread some holiday cheer to U.S. troops in various posts, spending Christmas with them as part of a 4-day USO tour.

The last time The Miz was on Monday Night Raw, he lost the Intercontinental title to Roman Reigns. He is the third longest reigning IC champion, with a total of 523 days with the title, just 18 days shy of Don Muraco who is in second place. Pedro Morales is in first with a total of 619 days.
