Chris Jericho wrote on Instagram that he will be dedicating his match against Kenny Omega at Wrestle Kingdom 12 to his “fallen brothers,” Eddie Guerrero and Chris Benoit.
The Instagram post was accompanied by a cartoon-like drawing from a fan which had Jericho, Benoit, and Guerrero with the words, “Hey, New Japan! We are back!” written on it. Jericho was super close to both deceased stars.
Wrestle Kingdom 12 takes place tomorrow in Tokyo, Japan at the Tokyo Dome with Jericho vs Omega co-headlining the event.
