NXT television tapings wrap up busy WWE week in Orlando

The NXT television tapings last night at Full Sail University wrapped up a busy week for WWE in Orlando with countless media appearances, community work, and five other sold out shows at the Amway Center and Camping World Stadium.

Full Sail was sold out as well for the NXT tapings which saw the return in action of Drew McIntyre as well as a farewell to Shinsuke Nakamura as he moves to Smackdown. Nakamura got a nice send off from the whole locker room, including Triple H and Finn Balor.

A new challenger for Bobby Roode’s NXT title was also announced during the tapings that will start airing on the WWE Network from next week. The NXT episode which aired yesterday featured matches that were taped prior to NXT Takeover: Orlando on Saturday night.
