2-time WWE Hall of Famer “Nature Boy” Ric Flair was honored at Axxess on Thursday as Triple H unveiled the new bronze statue of Flair, a statue which shows the 16-time World champion in his prime.
An emotional Flair was joined by his family in the ring as Triple H uncovered the large statue.
Present also for this occasion were Shawn Michaels, Sting, Arn Anderson, Ricky “The Dragon” Steamboat, Stephanie McMahon, and the Rock ‘n’ Roll Express.
News of Flair’s statue was leaked a few months ago when a male model posted on Facebook that he was chosen as the stand-in for Flair to pose so those in charge of creating the statue can capture his body.
WWE has previously unveiled statues of Bruno Sammartino, Ultimate Warrior, Dusty Rhodes, and Andre The Giant at Axxess.
