WrestleMania 29 kickoff party in New York canceled

The planned WrestleMania 29 kickoff party which was supposed to be held at the Bryant Part in New York City on November 9 was called off by WWE.

The company canceled the event due to the effects of Hurricane Sandy and no rescheduled date was announced. The event was going to be free with several Superstars, Divas, and Legends appearing to kick off ticket sales.
