New England Patriots get a replica WWE title for Super Bowl victory

The New England Patriots won the Super Bowl last night and apart from getting the world-famous Lombardi Trophy, they will get another title – the WWE World title courtesy of Triple H.

“A never-say-quit team, a football dynasty, and an amazing #SB51.
Congrats @Patriots, this title is coming to New England,” Triple H posted on Twitter, along with a photo of the WWE title and the custom Patriots side plates.

WWE now sends replica title belts to teams winning their respective leagues including those in the NBA, NHL, and MLB. Sending the title usually gives WWE some added free advertising as players show it off during victory parades and even during television interviews.
