With the ratings taking a dive week after week, Vince McMahon is returning to Raw this coming Monday with WWE.COM teasing that he might be making an executive decision on the running of Smackdown between Shane and Stephanie…or choosing a different GM altogether.

This Raw will be the penultimate one before the brand extension and the draft that will happen on the live Smackdown the following week. So far, Corporate Kane, Teddy Long, John Laurinaitis, and Vickie Guerrero all returned to plead their case to start running Smackdown on Tuesday nights.

Last week’s Raw on the 4th of July drew just 2.65 million viewers and the second time this year that Raw did less than 3 million viewers.
