WWE has hit the panic button as it was announced that Vince McMahon will be appearing on this upcoming Monday Night RAW to deliver a State of WWE address.

Ratings have been going down the drain every week ever since RAW started the three hours broadcast and this week’s RAW got the lowest rating for a non-holiday in 15 years, with just a 2.5.

Every time Vince McMahon is on RAW there is a small spike in the numbers as curious viewers tune in to see what the Chairman and CEO will have to say.
