The reason WWE Diva Paige was taken out this past Monday on Raw in London was because she will be taking a few weeks off to film the WWE Studios movie Santa’s Little Helper.

Paige won the battle royal to become the number one contender for the Divas title but Naomi then turned heel and destroyed her in front of the British crowd. WWE.COM then put up a story saying that Paige suffered internal injuries and has been ordered not to wrestle for now.

Joining Paige for the movie is The Miz, now a veteran for WWE Studios movies. The former WWE champion is also expected to somehow be written out from television next week to go filming. He is scheduled to face Mizdow again on Raw in a few days.

The comedy movie is set to be released in time for the holidays.
