CM Punk gets new gig: writer at Marvel Comics

Marvel today announced that CM Punk has joined its team of Marvel Comics writer and will debut with February’s Thor Annual #1.

Interviewed for the Marvel.com website, Punk said that it’s a process that started back at the 2011 San Diego Comic Con when he met Marvel Comics Editor-In-Chief Axel Alonso.

Punk admits that he’s never written a comic-style script before and is “learning on the job” by reading normal scripts and the Marvel Method.
