Jim Ross undergoing second brain surgery due to severe headaches

Jim Ross announced that he will be undergoing yet another brain surgery tomorrow to address issues that have popped up since he had a shunt inserted in August.

Ross revealed the news himself via a post on X, asking fans for positive thoughts as he undergoes a second brain surgery.

In August, the 74-year-old WWE Hall of Famer had a shunt inserted to drain excess fluid from the brain but he has been experiencing severe headaches ever since.

The shunt was suggested by doctors to tackle his memory and balancing issues.

Ross has not appeared on AEW television for commentary since Double or Nothing in May.
