WWE sells out Japan tour tickets quickly

Reddit user VendoThefastlane wrote on the r/SquaredCircle forum that the upcoming WWE live event tour in Japan sold out within five minutes.

“By 10:05 Japanese social media was full of people sad that they could not get a ticket,” he wrote, adding that the website was super slow processing orders as well due to the heavy demand. The prices also reflect a hefty increase from last year’s tour which saw the return of Brock Lesnar. That show, on July 4, was broadcast on the WWE Network.

Tickets went on sale this morning at 10AM local time for two events that will see the return of Shinsuke Nakamura, Asuka, and AJ Styles to the Land of the Rising Sun. WWE will perform on July 1 and 2 at the Tokyo Ryogkoku Kokugikan.
