Video footage from the August 31 incident at the WWE Performance Center where a man was shot outside the property was released for the first time by NBC affiliate WESH 2 Orlando.

On that particular day, a 29 year old man by the name of Armando Montalvo went to the WWE Performance Center threatening employees while banging on the glass locked door. He had already been reported multiple times for trespassing and smearing human feces on the property and WWE had an injunction against him but that didn’t stop Montalvo from returning for some more chaos.

Eventually Montalvo was shot in the torso when he refused to back down and charged at the officers. The officer who shot him was around 75 feet away from him and the incident was captured on security cameras outside the WWE Performance Center and by a cellphone camera shot from inside the Performance Center.

Montalvo pleaded not guilty to the charges brought against him and a trial is set to start in February 2016.
