“Superstar” Billy Graham signs WWE Legends deal

Tatanka is not the only person who signed a WWE Legends deal this week as WWE Hall of Famer “Superstar” Billy Graham also announced he signed a new deal.

The Graham story is actually quite interesting as he has pretty much bashed the company ever since he was released from his first deal back in 2007. Graham was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2004 and then let go three years later. Since then, Graham spoke against WWE at every opportunity and even sold his Hall of Fame ring.

“I am thrilled to report to all of you that Triple H, via a telephone conversation, has offered to give me an official WWE Legends contract. I of course said yes, and thank you very much,” Graham wrote on his Facebook page. He added that he already signed it and mailed it back so he’s officially back in the WWE family, “proving that miracles still happen!”

Graham noted that he went to the Smackdown tapings in Phoenix last week and met with WWE’s Mark Carrano to go over any potential opportunities for him.

“Mark Carrano is a real class act and gentleman and was very encouraging on the future release of my WWE merchandise sometime after the first of the year, along with attending WrestleMania 32,” the former champion wrote.

“So, I want to thank Triple H and Mark Carrano for making this exciting event happen for me. I am officially back home in the family of the WWE where I belong!”
