Rusev returns to action at non-televised event in Vancouver

Rusev returned to the ring last night at a non-televised live event in Vancouver, his first time in the ring since the Fastlane pay-per-view back in February.

The former United States champion came out to a big pop from the Canadian crowd just before the Kevin Owens vs Sami Zayn match for the U.S. title was about to start. Eventually the match was changed to a triple threat with Rusev included as well. Kevin Owens won the match by pinning Sami Zayn.

Rusev did not have Lana by his side and Lana was not part of the show either.
