Only 3 out of 10 WWE departments increase in Q4 2012 revenue

The majority of departments in WWE registered less revenue than the previous prior-year quarter, with only three out of ten making an increase. All figures below are compared to Q4 2011.

Live event revenues declined from $26.9 million to $23.3 million; Pay-per-view events were down to $13 million compared to $14.6 million; Venue merchandise was down to $3.8 million from $3.9 million; Licensing was 12% down from $9.5 million to $8.4 million; Magazines continued its decline from $2 million to $1.7 million; WWEShop.com declined to $5.9 million from $6.2 million; WWE Studios had $0.6 million in revenue compared to $4.3 million.

TV revenues were up to $40.6 million compared to $33.9 million; Home entertainment was up to $9.6 million from $6.5 million; WWE.COM revenues shot up to $6.2 million from $2.7 million.
