NXT tours Japan and Australia starting this week

The NXT stars and crew will be heading to Japan and Australia today to kick off their tour.

There will be six events held over a period of ten days, with one event in Japan and five in Australia. There was supposed to be a stop in New Zealand as well but those events were canceled.

The tour starts on Saturday, December 3 at the Edion Arena in Osaka, Japan with the return of Shinsuke Nakamura and Asuka, who will be wrestling in Japan for the first time since signing with NXT.

The tour resumes on Wednesday, December 7 with a stop at the AIS Arena in Canberra, then another show the next day in Melbourne at the Margaret Court Arena.

After a day rest, it’s off to Newcastle at the Newcastle Entertainment Centre on Saturday, December 10. The next day on December 11 it’s one show in Queensland at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre before wrapping up the tour with one final show on Tuesday, December 13 at the Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney.

It is believed that some stuff will be filmed for NXT television during this tour so some matches might make it on the NXT TV show.
