The WWE Network launched today in the United States but other countries were left out, with some getting the service in late 2014 or early 2015, but no worldwide roll-out expected in the near future for overseas customers.
WWE television rights in different countries prevent WWE from just bulldozing its way through with the Network in other territories, but that doesn’t mean that you can’t get the service if you’re not living in the United States. Any trustworthy VPN that works well with your system is enough to do the trick. While opting for a VPN software, it is important to ensure that it has no latent malicious intent which is why a little bit of research on the subject is important. There are three major things you need if you’re not a U.S. resident.
GETTING YOUR U.S. ADDRESS
The first thing needed is an address in the United States. Without it, you will not be able to continue. Only U.S. addresses are accepted when you are signing up. Getting a U.S. address is easier than one might think. There are a lot of different services that offer you a mail forwarding address.

Some companies which offer this service are shipito.com, usa2me.com, usabox.com, myus.com. and reship.com among others. Shipito.com for example has a free service unless you actually ship items to your account although they do require an $8.50 one-time fee deposit. In this case, everything is virtual so you will not be doing actual shipping, but just using the address they provide you. They will assign you with an address once you sign up and verify your identity. HopShopGo.com will also provide you with a free address and seems to be the easiest option.
GETTING YOUR U.S. PHONE NUMBER
It has been confirmed that inputting any 10 digit number will work so you don’t actually have to buy a phone number. Otherwise you can use the website Fakenumber.org to generate a fake U.S. number so you do not by coincidence put someone’s real number when signing up.
GETTING YOUR U.S. VPN SERVICE
The WWE Network requires a U.S. IP address to see the live shows and archives. Trying to watch anything with no U.S. IP will give you an error that the Network is not available in your location or it says that media is not available. This is the most important part of the whole guide, without the VPN, you can’t watch anything.
A VPN/DNS service will enable you to watch everything, putting you behind a U.S. IP address. Services such as Netflix and Hulu require a U.S. IP address so it’s not a surprise that the WWE Network operates on a similar model.

PAYING FOR THE WWE NETWORK
WWE accepts all major credit cards as well as PayPal to pay for the service. It’s billed at $9.99 a month but it does require a six month commitment. Basically, if you’re fed up after a month or two, WWE will still take your money for up to six months.
As things stand now, a U.S. credit card is not required to pay for the WWE Network. The name, credit card type, credit card number, and three digit security code are required when you sign up. A billing address has been introduced but you can still input your U.S. address in the billing contact address as the system does not compare your real credit card billing address to the U.S. address you have created. You can also use your PayPal account if you have one.
DO YOU HAVE APPLE TV / ROKU / PS3 / PS4 / XBOX?
If you have an Apple TV you will need to update the Apple TV to the latest software by downloading it through the device before the WWE Network channel shows up and make sure that the location of your Apple TV is set to United States and not your home country in the settings, otherwise you will not see the WWE Network channel. According to the latest information we have, iTunes are giving a refund to those who are not in the United States but still managed to pay for the Network because legally, it’s supposed to be available only in the U.S. Whatever you do, do not pay for a WWE Network subscription through your iTunes account as you will be booted out eventually.
If you have any other connected device like a Roku, Playstation, or Xbox, you will still need to be geographically located in the United States. A VPN is more difficult to set up for these devices, so in this case, a DNS service is preferred. Please note that when signing up for your DNS account, you need to be on the same network that your device is and using your internet provider’s IP address. Unlocator will register your IP address when signing up and that will be used to switch your location. In other words, do not sign up for an account from work when your TV-connected device is at home. Do it from the same network, otherwise it will not work.

It’s important that the location of your accounts for Apple TV, Roku, Playstation, and Xbox should be set to United States and not your home country, otherwise the WWE Network channel will not show up on your device.
