Live WWE event results from 12/07 in Vancouver, Canada.

Event: WWE Live

Location: PNE Coliseum in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada

Date: December 07th, 2013

Match #1: Triple Threat for the Intercontinental Championship – R-Truth (Challenger) VS. Curtis Axel (Challenger) VS. Big E. Langston (Champion)

Winner via Pin Fall and STILL Intercontinental Champion: Big E. Langston (using The Big Ending flapjack-faceplant finisher and subsequent cover on Curtis)

Match #2: Single – Hunico VS. Xavier Woods

Winner via Pin Fall: Xavier Woods (after his Eat Da-Feet finisher)

Match #3: Single for the Divas Championship – Brie Bella (Challenger) (with Nikki Bella) VS. A.J. Lee (Champion) (with Tamina Snuka)

Note: A.J. took to the microphone and claimed she did not feel like defending her title, so The Bellas then challenged her and Tamina to a Tag-Team Match!

Match #4: Tag-Team – The Bella Twins VS. Divas Champion A.J. Lee and Tamina Snuka (Non-Title)

Winners via Pin Fall: The Bella Twins (following Brie planting A.J. with her split-legged facebuster)

Match #5: Single for the WWE Championship – Daniel Bryan (Challenger) VS. Randy Orton (Champion)

Note: This was supposed to be Randy Orton defending against Mark Henry

Winner via Pin Fall and STILL WWE Champion: Randy Orton (with an R.K.O. when Director Of Operations Kane made a surprise appearance and distracted Bryan).

Note #2: Mark Henry came out to brawl with Orton in the aisle, then celebrated with Bryan and the fans afterward.

(Long and great bout!)

Intermission

Match #6: Tag-Team – Los Matadores VS. 3.M.B. (Drew McIntyre and Jinder Mahal) (without Heath Slater)

Winners via Pin Fall: Los Matadores (applied their double-team finisher – really don’t know what to call it, sorry!)

Match #7: Fan’s Choice – Fandango (with Summer Rae) VS. The Great Khali (with Natalya)

Note: Our fans chose a Dance-Off over a straight one-on-one match.

Winner via Popularity: The Great Khali (with Natalya)

Fandango then challenged Khali to a real match, so…

Match #8: Single – Fandango (with Summer Rae) VS. The Great Khali (with Natalya)

Winner via Pin Fall: The Great Khali (after his finisher – sorry, can’t remember which one he used)

Match #9: Single – Luke Harper (with Wyatt Family member Bray Wyatt) VS. C.M. Punk

Note: This was also changed, as originally booked to be C.M. Punk & Daniel Bryan taking on The Wyatt Family in Tag-Team action.

Winner via Pin Fall: C.M. Punk (following the G.T.S.)

Reporter’s Rumblings – By Moe Tapp

This was another great House Show my friend and I attended. Lasted over two hours (about 2:10, plus about a 15-minute intermission). Except for Hunico/Woods, every match had big stars involved in it, so they had an entertaining and “big feel” to them. I thought the order of biggest pops were: C.M. Punk, Daniel Bryan, and tie between Bellas and Divas Champ A.J. Biggest heat was Los Matadores – these guys are not getting over; we hated them in Vancouver and were more fan-friendly toward 3.M.B.!

Even though there was a switch of the card with the two main matche noted above, the replacements were excellent in their own right. I was surprised that Orton/Bryan was not the main-event, but I can understand because everyone in house was there to see, and couldn’t wait for, C.M. Punk; so, in that sense it made sense to put him on last. At the end, he and Tony Chimmel cut a promo thanking us; Punk in particular for our apparently nice Customs Officers when travelling through our side of Canada!

A really fun night overall and here’s hoping they return to Vancouver soon! Be Excellent Wrestling-Online Readers and Wrestling Fans.
