Kennadi Brink signs with WWE as the first female referee

The website SquaredCircleSirens.com is reporting that WWE has signed indie wrestler Kennadi Brink and she will become WWE’s first female referee.

Brink, whose real name is Jessika Heiser, regularly wrestled for Maryland Championship Wrestling but has also made appearances for SHIMMER, Ring of Honor, and other independent promotions.

The 25-year-old is currently training at the Team 3D academy, run by Bubba Ray and Devon Dudley. She made her pro wrestling debut in 2010.

Brink refereed a few matches for NXT this past March during the non-televised live events around Florida. With the upcoming women’s tournament starting soon on the WWE Network, the company is looking to beef up their female roster so don’t be surprised if more similar signings are done in the next several weeks.
