CM Punk to be cage side at UFC 159 tomorrow

The number one contender for the UFC Light Heavyweight title Chael Sonnen revealed in an interview with MMAFighting.com that CM Punk will be at UFC 159 tomorrow night in New Jersey.

“He will be here Saturday. He will be in the locker room. I don’t believe he’s be part of the walk-out…he’s welcome to,” Sonnen told Ariel Helwani.

Sonnen said that Punk will be there for “encouragement” and added that Dana White gave the former WWE champion “one of the best seats in the house,” sitting cage side.

Punk was going to walk out with Sonnen at the UFC on FOX show back in January 2012 however Vince McMahon pulled Punk from doing the appearance.
