Chris Benoit’s son David attends WWE event in Edmonton

At last night’s non-televised live event at the Northlands Coliseum in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada there was a special guest backstage, a guest whose father’s name is probably banned from WWE forever.

That guest was David Benoit, the son of the late Chris Benoit from his first marriage to Martina. At one point, David was training to be a professional wrestler although we have no information if that is still ongoing. David, who really looks a lot like his father, posted a photo on his Twitter standing in a WWE ring with a backstage pass hanging from his jeans.

The show was headlined by a triple threat for the Intercontinental title featuring Dean Ambrose, The Miz, and AJ Styles, a match which Ambrose won.
