Battleground 2017 pay-per-view results

Here are the results from last night’s Battleground pay-per-view which took place from the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Aiden English defeated Tye Dillinger in the Kickoff match; The New Day defeated The Usos to become the new WWE Smackdown Tag Team champions; Shinsuke Nakamura defeated Baron Corbin via disqualification; Natalya defeated Lana, Tamina, Becky Lynch, and Charlotte in a fatal 5-way match to become the number one contender for the WWE Smackdown Women’s title; Kevin Owens defeated AJ Styles to become the new WWE United States champion; John Cena defeated Rusev in a flag match; Sami Zayn defeated Mike Kanellis; Jinder Mahal defeated Randy Orton to retain the WWE title with the help of the returning Great Khali.
