30-minute iron man match set for Roadblock for the Raw Women’s title

It’s been done before at NXT but now the women are going to do it in WWE as last night on Raw it was announced that Sasha Banks and Charlotte Flair will be having a 30-minute iron man match at the Roadblock pay-per-view.

The two have been wrestling each other since July and already traded the Raw Women’s title  a few times. Banks won it on the first post-draft Raw but then lost it at SummerSlam. She regained it on the October 3 episode of Raw when the women main evented Raw. At Hell In A Cell a few weeks later, Charlotte regained the title but then lost it back to Banks in a falls count anywhere match on the main event of Raw last week.

Sasha was already part of the first women iron man match on NXT wrestling Bayley but she was unsuccessful in regaining the NXT Women’s title. It was Sasha’s last match in NXT.

The women have never done such a match on the main roster so once again the two will be making history. This is expected to be the blow-off match of the six-month feud.
