Tonight on Impact, the TNA World title will be on the line with Ethan Carter III going for gold against Kurt Angle. Angel was not involved in a match at Slammiversary and timings of this match, which was taped before Slammiversary, didn’t help.

Angle is expected to take a few weeks off to undergo surgery to remove a tumor from his neck although it’s not being classified as a major surgery and Angle is hoping to be able to be back for the next set of tapings. The show will also feature a 30 minute Ironman Match between Dirty Heels vs The Wolves.
