- The Hulkster and his soon-to-be ex-wife Linda had another round of court fighting as Hogan is trying to get out from most of the $40,000 a month alimony that he's paying her in accordance with what the Judge ruled last year.

Hogan's legal team said that Linda is spending most of her money on drugs and clothes for her 20 year old boyfriend Charlie. Lawyers for the WWE Hall of Famer brought in a hairdresser who allegedly cashed checks for Linda because she wanted to buy drugs.

According to the Tampa Tribune newspaper the hairdresser also said that Linda held a party in her house which consisted mainly of teenagers and people in their 20s and there was easy access to marijuana, alcohol and cocaine. The alleged party was held the day before her son Nick was going to be released from jail.

Another witness, a truck driver, also testified saying that he once saw Linda doing drugs on a boat while another witness, a postal worker, said Linda wanted to purchase a Nissan car off him without the knowledge of the Hulkster or his attorneys.

Linda's attorney, Raymond Rafool, said that the hairdresser's remarks were "complete fabrication."
