- Darren Aronofsky's 'The Wrestler' received two Oscar nominations today. Mickey Rourke, who played Randy 'The Ram' Robinson in the movie got the nod in the Best Actor category. He will be facing off against Richard Jenkins, Frank Langella, Brad Pitt and Sean Penn. The other nomination went to Marisa Tomei in the Best Supporting Actress category. She played the stripper Cassidy in the movie and is up against Penelope Cruz, Viola Davis, Amy Adams and Taraji P Henson. Bruce Springsteen was also rumored to get a nomination for the song he wrote for the movie but he didn't get it. He won a Golden Globe earlier this month for best song. The Oscars will be presented February 22 from Hollywood's Kodak Theatre and will be hosted by Hugh Jackman.
