The Rock impressed with Rourke's performance in 'The Wrestler'

- While talking to movie website Moviefone, former WWE champion Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson said that he was really impressed by Mickey Rourke's performance in the movie 'The Wrestler'.

"I thought that the movie...was real and memorable," he said. "That world...it's a very visceral, authentic world that [director Darren Aronofsky] created and I can't say enough great things about the movie," Johnson added.

Afa The Wild Samoan - who happened to be The Rock's uncle - trained Rourke for his role of Randy 'The Ram' Robinson. He added that Afa was amazed at Rourke's desire to do everything.

"That takes commitment," he said,
