- Nick Hogan was released from the hospital this morning but his friend who was in the passenger seat was still there and listed in critical condition. It's not known what kind of injuries he suffered. A spokesman for the police said that no charges have been filed however the crash is still under investigation and it could be possible that the teenager might have a date with the law.
