- Nick Bollea, the son of WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan, is not expected to fight the charge of felony reckless driving involving serious bodily injury according to AOL-owned TMZ.COM. The youngster will be in Pinellas County court tomorrow along with his mom and dad, who are fighting a very ugly divorce battle. TMZ.COM says that no deal was struck with prosecutors and Nick will either plea guilty or no contest, leaving the judge to decide his fate. The passenger in Nick's car at the time of the horrific accident from August of last year is still in hospital and will have to be cared for for the rest of his life. The victim, one of Nick's best friends, is John Graziano, a former United States Marine. Graziano responds to pinches and has a gag reflex but doesn't respond to touch or sounds and is only limited to opening and closing his eyes. Nick faces up to five years in prison.
