- Hulk Hogan's son Nick will be pleading not guilty to the charge of reckless driving with serious bodily injury brought against him according to his attorney Morris Weinberg Jr. If convicted, the 17 year old could face up to five years in prison depending on whether the judge sentences him as a juvenile, a youthful offender or an adult. Apart from reckless driving, he is also being charged with use of a vehicle in commission of a felony, an under 21 year old operating a vehicle with a breath alcohol level of .02 or higher and illegal window tint.
