- Hulk Hogan's son Nick will be released from jail tomorrow after serving five out of his eight month sentence which was handed to him for his role in the car crash that left his best friend John Graziano permanently brain damaged. Nick is getting out early for good behavior however he still has 500 hours of community service, five years probation and a three year license suspension to look forward to. "When you calculate good time, which everybody that's there that doesn't get in trouble [is granted], they come up with a date, and we've known that date literally since the day that he went in. October 21 is the day that we expect he will be released, but that's because of good time and all that," his lawyer said last month during an interview. Nick - now 18 - pleaded no contest to the charges of reckless driving involving serious bodily injury and had to serve time at the Pinellas County jail in Florida. At least the streets of the Sunshine State are safe for the next three years. Landing in jail was probably Nick's best option considering the chaos and trouble his family has been involved in during the past several months. While in jail he was still somewhat part of a controversy after his conversations with his parents were released to the public, exposing the Hogan family's real thoughts on Graziano among other stuff.
