- Nick Bollea's attorney Kevin Hayslett is presenting a video in defense of his client from that August crash in which Nick is being charged with reckless driving among other charges. Speaking with TMZ.COM, Hayslett said that the video is very important because while the police say that Nick was driving recklessly before losing control of his car, the video from a security camera will prove otherwise. The video was taken just before the crash. "The allegation of street racing is totally inconsistent with the video. If there is any race going on, even if the Viper was in a race, Nick wouldn't know he was in it because he was so far ahead. That videotape is a complete 180 from what people claim happened and if they are wrong on that, how can we be sure they are right on other things?" he told the website.
