Nick Bollea released from Pinellas County jail

- Nick Bollea is now somewhat of a free man as the eighteen year old was released from the Pinellas County Jail at 12:30 this morning. His overjoyed sister Brooke was the only who greeted him with mom Linda and dad Hulk missing in action. Nick got out wearing a white shirt and jeans and an LA baseball cap. After his sister ran quickly to hug her brother they went into a waiting black SUV which sped off leaving the paparazzi behind. Nick didn't answer any questions which were asked by the paparazzi and the photogs thought Brooke was Linda, calling her by that name to answer some questions however both ignored them and went straight to the SUV. TMZ.COM reports that Nick was driven to his mother's house were a party was waiting for him. Police also surrounded the area just in case any trouble comes up. Nick will be staying with his mother and will not be able to drive for the next three years. You can see seven pictures from his release and reuniting with his sister at
